Shipping policy
At Haritual, we make sure every order is packed with care and dispatched promptly so your spiritual products reach you in perfect condition. This page explains everything you need to know about how we ship, when you can expect your order, and how cancellations work.
Shipping Coverage
We ship all across India, from metro cities to smaller towns and remote pin codes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available pan-India.
If your pin code is not serviceable by our logistics partner at the time of checkout, you will be notified and may be asked to choose a prepaid payment option or an alternate delivery address.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During peak festive seasons (Diwali, Navratri, Janmashtami, etc.) processing may take up to 5 business days. We will communicate any delays via email or SMS.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Packaging
Every Haritual order is carefully packed using protective materials to prevent damage in transit. For gifting orders, products are wrapped to maintain their presentation value. If you would like special gift packaging, please mention it in the order notes at checkout, we will do our best to accommodate the request.
Damaged in Transit
We pack every order with care, but courier handling can occasionally result in damage. If your product arrives damaged:
- Do not discard the outer packaging
- Record a clear unboxing video showing the sealed box being opened and the damage
- Email us at support@haritual.in with the video and photos within 48 hours of delivery
Verified transit damage will be prioritised for a same-product replacement at no additional cost. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or dispatched from our warehouse.
- To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@haritual.in or via WhatsApp with your Order ID.
- Once the order has been picked up by the courier, it cannot be cancelled. It will be treated as a return once delivered. Please refer to our Return Policy in that case.
- For successfully cancelled prepaid orders, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- COD orders cancelled before dispatch have no payment to refund.
- Cancellation by Haritual
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock, and no restock is expected in a reasonable timeframe.
- The order is flagged for suspected fraud, misuse, or policy abuse
- The delivery address is outside our serviceable area
- A technical error resulted in incorrect pricing at checkout
In any of the above cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
