Haritual offers a curated range of premium spiritual products, including god idols, car dashboard idols, rudraksha malas, spiritual pendants, and gifting collections. Our products are crafted from materials such as gold plating, silver plating, resin, and other quality materials. Product images are as accurate as possible. However, due to differences in screen display settings and studio lighting, slight variations in colour or finish may appear. Handcrafted items may also carry minor natural variations, these are a mark of authenticity, not a defect.

General Terms of Use 

• You must be at least 18 years of age or use the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase.
• You agree not to misuse the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if we detect suspicious, fraudulent, or inappropriate activity.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Haritual is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Pricing & Product Availability 

• All prices on haritual.in are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to update product pricing, descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice.
• A price is confirmed only upon successful completion of payment. We are not obligated to honour pricing errors caused by technical issues or typographical mistakes.
• Product availability is subject to stock. In the event an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• We accept prepaid payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets processed securely through our payment gateway partners (Razorpay / GoKwik).
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available pan-India.
• Please ensure all billing and shipping details are accurate at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
• Orders suspected of fraud, bulk resale without authorization, or policy abuse may be cancelled without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery 

• Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹500. A flat shipping charge of ₹59 applies to orders below ₹500.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days across India via our logistics partner, Shiprocket.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including public holidays, weather disruptions, or courier delays.
• A tracking link will be shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
• Haritual is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed over for delivery.

Returns & Replacements 

• We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.
• Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We do not accept returns for change of mind on customized or made-to-order products.
